Although we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, we are aware that the iRollOver may not be the perfect solution for all our customers. If your snoring has not decreased within 30 days of delivery confirmation, please see our return instructions and limitations.
1.Within 30 days from delivery confirmation, send us a contact us request through our website at http://www.irollover.com/company_contacts in order to speak with a customer service representative. The representative will provide the customer with a return authorization number if criteria are met. Keep this number to ensure delivery was received by our warehouse.

a.Detach the bottom portion of your original packing slip or a replacement slip provided by the customer service representative. Enclose this slip with your return.
b.Add your return authorization number to the outside of the shipping box. So that it might be verified at delivery to our warehouse prior to being accepted.
c.The item is to be returned in good condition, in its original package and must include any paperwork, parts or accessories.
d.Ensure that the item is safely packed in the shipping box.
e.It is advised that the customer insure their shipment and/or obtain a tracking number for the item being shipped.
4.Returns must be received in our warehouse within 15 days from the issue of the return authorization number in order for you to receive a refund (20 days for international customers).
5.You can expect a refund within 30 days of receipt of item in our warehouse. All refunds will be made by check made payable to the original payer indicated on our website.
1.Return authorization numbers will be issued at the discretion of the customer service representative.
2.Return authorization numbers will not be granted to requests made beyond 30 days from delivery confirmation.
3.Returns which do not contain a return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box will not be received by our warehouse.
4.Items returned damaged or which are missing packaging, paperwork, parts or accessories without prior notice may incur charges that result in a reduced or denied refund.
5.Shipping and handling costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
6.Items being returned that are lost or damaged in the mail are not the responsibility of iRollOver.com.
7.Return Authorization Requests are void beginning day 16 from issuance (21 for international customers).
8.Purchases made through websites other than iRollOver.com will be assessed an additional fee which will be removed from the refund prior to issuance.
9.There will be a re-stocking fee of $25 assessed on all non-warranty returns. This fee will be removed from the refund prior to issuance.
