Press the on button to turn iRollOver on. Note a flashing light will appear above the i in iRollOver. The light will remain flashing for the duration of use or until another button is pressed. The on button should be pressed when you are lying in bed and prepared to go to sleep on your side. See pause feature to initiate a delayed start of 15 minutes.

Press and hold the record button while wearing the headphone to record a custom message. Note the light above the i in iRollOver will turn red throughout the recording. While holding the record button speak normally 4 inches from the microphone. Following the single beep, encourage the sleeper to roll over by recording a message. When finished recording, release the record button. Your message will automatically play on release. Recommendation: Use the full 7 seconds of recording time, use the listener’s name, and give a command such as “Roll over Lou, your snoring! Your snoring Lou roll over on your side”.

Press the pause button once to initiate a delayed start or to initiate a temporary pause. Note the light above the i in iRollOver will turn orange and blink while in the pause mode. The delay or pause will last for a total of 15 minutes. Pressing the pause button a second time releases the feature. Example of use: Press pause once to fall asleep on back or to use the restroom.

Press the off button to turn the device off. Note the green light above the i in irollover will turn red briefly before turning off. The off button should be pressed when you are done using the device. See pause feature to allow for a 15 minute break instead of turning the device off. 

Special Feature: The iRollOver can be worn on your back if preferred.

• Enable while the unit is turned off. Simultaneously press and hold the record and on button until a double beep is heard (light blinks red twice). The light above the i in iRollOver will alternate green and red.
• Disable while the unit is turned off. Simultaneously press and hold the pause and on button until a single beep is heard (light blinks red once). The light above the i in iRollOver will alternate green and red.
